That is a difficult question. I take honest photos. I prefer reportage/photo-journalism style photography, but as a wedding photographer I understand that many people want group shots and like colour. I try to be as accommodating as possible and therefore I will try to take the photos you want rather than imposing my preferences upon you.

Yes, and no and urm, yes. As a professional Photographer, I reserve the right to present my clients with only the photos I deem of an acceptably high standard. I may take 1000 shots but some I might delete from the camera almost immediately and some I will choose not to use once I examine them at the post-processing stage. Even professional photographers take bad shots which we don’t want in the public domain! So yes, you will receive every single photo taken on the day, once it has passed the the editing stage. Of 1000 shots taken you might receive say 400.

That leaves 600 images which you don’t get, for the reasons stated above. However, for £100 you can buy these shots as long as you are sparing of their use in social media. Obviously I do not want what I deem to be below standard quality images floating around the internet! Many of the shots will be over or under-exposed. Some might be blurred and many will be almost identical duplicates of shots you will already have received.

After the event, I spend some time processing the images. Each picture is processed individually and therefore, if I have taken 300-600 shots, this may take some time. It will take approximately 3 weeks, sometimes much less, occasionally longer to upload the images to your private viewing gallery. The gallery can be accessed by anyone with a unique password. You can of course forward the password to any friends or family. Once the photos are uploaded you can view them and order prints or other gifts direct from the website.

This depends on a number of things. I will generally not stay much beyond the first dance. So say the first dance is at 8pm, I will usually leave between 8:30 and 9pm. Obviously we can discuss your requirements at the time of booking.

Travel is a consideration. If your wedding or event requires me to travel a significant distance, then again I will be unlikely to stay much beyond the first dance in the evening.

Please note that when you book any package it includes more than simply a length of time. You are paying for the number of pages in the photos book, video clips, free downloads of images etc.
